Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Ecobe Academy Europe, Lda. (NIPC 519390768, with registered office at Travessa do Castro n.º 3, N5, 1B, 1350-070 Lisboa, Portugal) ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Job Hunt Bot service at https://jobhuntbot.ch and related sites we own and operate.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy, unless stated otherwise.

We only ask for personal information when we genuinely need it to provide the Service to you — for example, your CV, employment history, job preferences, and contact details, used to identify and apply to relevant job opportunities on your behalf. We process your personal data on the basis of: performance of the contract with you (providing the job-search service you signed up for); your consent, where separately requested (e.g., certain cookies or marketing communications); and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, balanced against your rights.

We retain personal data for the duration of your membership, plus the period required by applicable law for tax and accounting records.
